Our Production Cycle

We produce all year round and our raw material is stored deep-frozen.

Frozen fruits and berries are slowly thawed and thereafter cold pressed. The freshly pressed juiced is heated at 85 °C for 20 minutes, immediately bottled and hermetically sealed. We do not use any additives in our products. Therefore, our products contain no allergens and are suitable for young children.

Our jams and are also produced “the old fashioned way”. Carefully sorted and cleaned berries are put into the cooker, they are slowly heated and the froth is removed, a little bit of sugar is added and then the jam is hermetically sealed. When making purées, the fruit skins and seeds are removed beforehand.

Berry powders are made by extracting a part of the juice from the berries and just drying and grounding the remaining pomace.

The production of our popular fruit crisps is rather complicated process. Whole berries are crushed in a special mill, the fruit mass is then mixed with sugar and mechanically manipulated in various stages. Next, the fruit mass is dried for 12 to 24 hours. The finished product is essentially a concentrated natural fruit with a little bit of organic sugar – and one of a kind in the world!
